The Massage Lady
Massage therapy
It is direct muscle manipulation to release tense muscle fibers, sooth muscle aches and release joint tightness. Swedish massage is the most relaxing modality. It let's you decompress & melt. Sports massage is a fast paced massage to reinvigorate you to recover quicker from muscle soreness & loosen any stiff joints. Deep Tissue massage focuses on multiple layers of muscles with specific targeted areas for chronic muscle pain.
Cupping
The perfect integration during a massage. If you have tension and want to literally feel it disintegrate, cupping is your go to. Cups will be placed in area of need (majority are the shoulders & back). While the cups are naturally expanding & releasing tight muscles, your massage continues. Once the appropriate amount of time has passed, the cups will be removed & light massage will be done on the area. You decide the pressure to your comfort. Cupping has been a practice for thousands of years - because it works!
Hot Stone Massage
The warmth will stop you in your tracks. The heat from the stones will induce relaxation. The warmth of the heated stones softens muscle fibers which will allow more tension relief. The stone itself can be used to further manipulate multiple muscle layers to go deeper to encourage muscle relaxation.
Gua Sha
Light to medium Scraping
Having difficulty with full range of motion? These small rose quartz or jade tools are used to scrap superficially to release tight facia between your skin & muscles. The edges are smooth and rounded for comfort. You determine the depth of scraping. Gua Sha offers quicker results of myofascial release than hands alone.
SERVICES
Each enhancement will enable you to further relax and bring you back to balance.
All enhancements will be incorporated with in the time allotted of 60 or 90 minutes.

About The Massage Lady
I created The Massage Lady to meet the needs of the everyday working person. As the demands of the day may weigh heavy at times, a massage can give you the much needed relief your body is not only craving but needs.
The daily grind can be stressful literally causing your body pain, tension & fatigue. My specialty is to "fix". To get to the root of the problem and eliminate it.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed techniques to minimize if not eliminate pain in the areas of neck, shoulders, low back, Piriformis & Sciatica.
Enhancements are not "fluff". Enhancements are designed to aid in remedying the physical issue at hand. Hands are strong. But the enhancements are designed to resolve the issue quicker and deeper. If there is an enhancement that you would like to add to your session, it would be my pleasure - at no extra charge.

Do I need an appointment for a massage?
Yes, we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and service time. Certain high-demand services do fill up quickly. Time is also required to prepare for certain enhancements. Please contact directly for same day appointments or after hour appointments. Conveniently book online 24/7.
What should I wear during my massage visit?
Disrobe to your comfort level for the massages. Undergarments may be worn. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
I’m pregnant - can I still enjoy a massage?
Absolutely! It's encouraged. A pregnancy massage may begin AFTER the first trimester. I customize the treatments to properly support moms-to-be. Please inform me during booking so we can determine any contraindications and provide specialized support throughout your experience. Please also let me know of any other health conditions.
